Forge Fitness Powered By CrossFit Shades provides a unique school of fitness for all walks of life skilled or inexperienced. The purpose of our training is to provide the greatest, healthiest, and most efficient results possible. However, our training provides much more than speed, endurance, strength, muscle growth, and fat loss. We are more than just cool equipment and a workout. The training always promises to be challenging, unique, and creative in ways that sparks inspiration for our athletes. When athletes are finished with each session, they will learn something about themselves and feel invigorated, realizing how much they can truly accomplish when driven. The CrossFit training will develop strength physically & mentally for each athlete. About Our Facility

Forge Fitness members enjoy the benefits of a clean and modern exercise facility equipped with men’s and women’s locker rooms as well as a kid’s area. You won’t find a wall-to-wall assortment of shiny equipment and complicated machines. Our tools are simple; our space is clean.

 

Beginning Your CrossFit Journey

Exercise is hard. If it weren’t, it wouldn’t be worth it.

We want to give you the support you need to begin your journey toward a better lifestyle. Many of our members have told us that CrossFit initially intimidated them.  We can work with any person at any fitness level. All of the exercises that we do in our CrossFit workouts can be scaled based on your fitness level and physical limitations. In every class that we offer, we will demonstrate the optimal way to do the exercise for those who are able, and then we will also demonstrate different ways to scale the workout based on your capabilities.
