Cardio Assault is a “CrossFit lite” style class. Participants will enjoy a high intensity cardiorespiratory workout that does NOT include a barbell or any high skill gymnastics. The goal of this class is to improve your conditioning, burn fat, and have fun doing it! We offer a constantly varied program which includes different movements, different formats, and different energy systems every time you come to class, so you can be sure you’ll never get bored!
Cardio Assault classes are 45 minutes long, offered on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 6:30am and 3:30pm. This program does not require any previous training and anyone is welcome to come try the first class FREE!
