In a simple two-step process, you can join us and be on your way to the best shape of your life.
Step 1 – Beginner’s Classes
Once you’ve decided to take the next step and join our CrossFit family, the next step is to enroll in our beginner’s classes.
These classes are designed to familiarize you with the equipment and movements in our CrossFit classes and our CrossFit light classes. We gradually expose you to the intensity of our workouts and movements. Our goal at the end of the three weeks is to give you a better understanding of CrossFit and the benefits of functional fitness.
Beginner’s classes currently run every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evening at 7:30 pm. If our beginner’s classes don’t fit your schedule, please contact us to discuss other options. These classes are the first three weeks of every month.
Step 2 – Group CrossFit Classes
Once you have completed the three weeks of beginner’s classes, you will have access to all of our group classes.
At Forge Fitness, we do things differently when it comes to membership. We want you to have total freedom – which is why we don’t charge up-front fees. If at any time you need to change your membership, just let us know and it will be done. If you need to cancel your membership please give us a 30-day notice. It’s that easy. Our gym is our sanctuary – and we only want people there who love it as much as we do!
