These classes are designed to familiarize you with the equipment and movements in our CrossFit and CrossFit light classes. Our intention is to gradually expose you to the intensity of our workouts and to make sure you understand the science and format of the gym.
Beginner’s classes currently run every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evening at 7:30pm. If our beginner’s classes don’t fit your schedule, please contact us to discuss other options. These classes are the first three weeks of every month.
