Athletes will start chipping away. They will alternate movements until 8 rounds is reached. They should be able to push these movements close to UB. Once the 8 rounds is reached, they proceed to chip away at the 60 reps of each. There is a 30 min cap on this workout. Athletes will try to get as far as they can down the line.
