1st: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
14 min AMRAP:
2 push-ups (Rx+ alt. DB/KB snatches)
4 lunges (Rx+ wall balls)
4 push-ups
8 lunges
6 push-ups
12 lunges
8 push-ups
16 lunges
10 push-ups
20 lunges
Etc…
-Rest 2 minutes-
Score is rounds plus reps. If you finish 10 push-ups/snatches and 20 lunges/WBs, your score is 5 rounds Rx/Rx+.
2nd: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

2 wall walks (Rx+ single arm OHS)
4 toe to sky touches (Rx+ slam balls)
4 wall walks
8 toe to sky touches
6 wall walks
12 toe to sky touches
8 wall walks
16 toe to sky touches
10 wall walks
20 toe to sky touches
Etc…
Score is rounds plus reps. If you finish 10 wall walks/OHSs and 20 toe touches/slam balls your score is 5 rounds Rx/Rx+
